| My 21st! |

I'm quite excited about my 21st! All the plans are coming together quite nicely! (Touch wood)
* Ive booked the Venue, but need to go talk to the manager next week.
* My theme is 1921 - so basically flappers and Gangsters.
* Ive done the facebook invite and Im up to 80 confirmations so far and waiting 50 or so replies and that doesn't include non-facebook people who I will make a pretty invite for
* On invites - they're damn expensive! The paper I want is like $1.80 a sheet or so.
* Im going to make huge amounts of cupcakes and do designs on them rather than have a cake, then I'll just get some pizza's and chip/dip food in
* Friends are helping me do a play list and slideshow for the projector
* As part of my present Aber is putting together a jazz band to do a short set - with him on sax of course
* Ive organised for all my dancer friends who are coming to help me makeup and perform a quick 1920's charleston flapper dance for a bit of entertainment as we'll all be dressed up anyway!
* My costume is coming together - I have the dress and the cigarette holder, and the shoes. So just need to add fishnets, make up the headband with a big black plume and buy a wig - Black or blonde?
* Dont know whether to shell out the $250 for 2 buses to clubba afterwards?

the black wig would just seem more flapper to me. That short black bob haircut almost defines that time.
I agree - Im gonna go for short black one but dont know to go the bob or the finger waves
Now thats a tough choice. Both are so gorgeous. The finger waves might be better for a long night of partying because it wont move around. | |
